Chocolate tiramisù
Ingredients for 4 servings:
8 savoiardi (finger biscuits)
100 ml egg liqueur
80 gr chocolate
4 tbsp fresh cream
4 yolks
2 tbsp sugar
60 gr mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp sweet Marsala wine
Chocolate tiramisù
Cut savoiardi in half and soak into egg liqueur, then place them vertically on the bottom of the glasses, in order to make them adhere to the sides. Melt chocolate with the cream in the microwaves oven or bain-marie and pour into the glasses.

Beat yolks “a bagnomaria” (bain-marie) with sugar in a pot with round bottom, always beating until the mixture has tripled his volume.

As soon as the mixuter begins to harden, add Marsala and continue beating. Remove from heat and soak the pot into water and ice in order to block the cooking. Then add mascarpone and fill the glasses. Let rest for 5 minutes.

Chef's advice
You can spread the glasses with powder of instant coffee and decorate with waffle.
