Mashed potatoes
Ingredients for 4 servings:
500 gr potatoes
250 ml low-fat milk
30 gr butter
Mashed potatoes
Skin the potatoes, cut in three pieces and put in a pan with salted water. Let the water boil and then cook for 20 minutes.
Check with a fork if the potatoes are done and mashed hot.
Place the mashed potatoes into a pan and, at moderate heat, add the milk, a little by litte. Add the butter and mix energetically with a wooden spoon until the purè will be soft and creamy.
