Baked apples
Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 apples of any kind (800 gr)
40 gr cranberries or blueberries jam
30 gr sugar
20 gr butter
Baked apples
Preparation:
Wash, dry and remove the core from the apples. Place them on an ovenproof dish; fill the hollow with jam, sprinkle with sugar and spread butter flakes.
Bake at 200 °C for 25 minutes.

Cooking time: 130 minutes
Difficulty: easy
Calories: 120 per person

Chef’s advice
You can use melted chocolate to make them even more delicious.
I suggest to match this dessert with Verduzzo di Ramandolo dei Colli Orientali del Friuli, Malvasia delle Lipari, Vin Santo di Montescudaio.
